Needing help!!
Hi, so the first few times I used itit worked great, but then, what would happen is, I would turn the printer on, insert my phone, then try to print, the printer would blink on red LED. For about five seconds, and then turn off, and my phone would read , ‘ please dock phone to printer’ it was!! I tried everything, turning it on and off, checking the instructions, connecting it to the printers WiFi, checking for paper jams, etc. nothing worked!! I’m still puzzled, I don’t know what to do. Anyway, before that the app and printer worked great! Prints as clear as the picture. But I have been having trouble with it. Thanks for listening! Please fix?

Fix the app.
I got this printer for Christmas and I absolutely love the printer. However the app is buggy and shows only a handful of photos. Decoration options are also very limited to boot and if you want to print a picture a certain way it won’t allow you just to fully flip the image without turning the whole photo format. Please fix this app this could be a really amazing product with the app but so far the only positive is how well the printer works. Maybe get programmers than really can make this work above and beyond what should have been at to start with? Please and thank you
straight forward and fast
Gave to my 9-year old daughter for Christmas. She downloaded the app and pictures in less then 5 minutes. We patiently waited as the red light flashed a couple times and pressed print. Beautiful pictures!

How We Tested
Our reviewers spent 11 hours testing one of the most popular portable photo printers on the market. We asked our testers to consider the most important features — like printing quality, size, and battery life — when using this printer and we've outlined them here so that you, too, know what to look for when shopping.
What to Look for in a Portable Photo Printer
Print size - Truly portable photo printers can’t match the size of big studio prints, but that doesn’t mean you have to be stuck with wallet-sized photos. If you want to be able to print larger photos, make sure to choose a printer that’s up to the task.
Connectivity - Different portable photo printer models are designed to work with everything from phones to desktop computers, so if you want to print from a specific mobile device, it’s important to make sure that’s supported. Some portable photo printers are designed specifically to work with phones via Bluetooth and NFC, while others can work with a wide variety of devices over a wired USB connection.
Battery power - There are plenty of photo printers out there that are small enough to be technically classed as portable, but you need one with a decent built-in battery to truly print your photos wherever you want. Some portable photo printers come with a battery, and others have a compatible battery pack that you can purchase separately.

Prints in vivid color
Our testers thought that, overall, this printer would be perfect to use “for a quick fun picture to save or have as a party favor.” One reviewer also said it prints “vivid” colors and that it does a good job replicating the original images. Although our testers liked that this printer is compact, one downside was a lack of storage space: “It only has a small amount of storage so you can't put in a lot of paper, which can be costly,” one reviewer said.
